Welcome to Dreammy ("App", "We", "Us", "Our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application available on iOS and Android. By downloading, accessing, or using Dreammy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

Dreammy provides an entertainment service where users can enter descriptions of their dreams and receive interpretations.
Dreammy is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic tool. The interpretations provided are for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App.
  • If you are under 18, you may only use the App with parental or guardian consent.

3. User Account

  • To use Dreammy, you may register via email or social login.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payments

  • Dreammy offers certain features through paid subscriptions.
  • Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, App Store, Google Play).
  • Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are subject to the policies of the App Store or Google Play.

5. User Content

  • You may submit text content (dream descriptions).
  • By submitting content, you grant Dreammy a limited license to process and display it for the purpose of providing the service.
  • You must not submit illegal, offensive, harmful, or infringing content.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All rights in the App, including design, code, and generated interpretations, belong to Dreammy or its licensors.
  • You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • misuse the App or interfere with its operation;
  • attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service;
  • use the App for unlawful purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee that interpretations are accurate, reliable, or suitable for any purpose.
  • We disclaim responsibility for decisions you make based on the App's outputs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreammy shall not be liable for:

  • any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
  • any loss of data or profits;
  • any reliance on the App's outputs.

10. Maintenance and Support

We are solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App. Neither App Store operators nor other platforms have any obligation to furnish such services.

11. Warranty and Refunds

In case the App fails to meet applicable warranties, you may request a refund through the store where you obtained the App. Beyond that, all warranty responsibilities remain with us, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Product Claims

We are responsible for addressing claims related to the App or its use, including product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection, and privacy.

13. Intellectual Property Rights of Third Parties

If a third party claims that the App infringes their intellectual property rights, we are responsible for handling such claims, including defense and settlement.

14. Legal Compliance

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:
